This Quote and all matters related hereto shall be governed exclusively by Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental, Inc.’s Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), available upon request at Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental, Inc.’s website
(http://www.gauthiersrental.com/termsandconditions.html), and are expressly incorporated herein by reference. Upon the earlier of acceptance of this Quote or delivery of the requested container, Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding any prior agreements entered into between the parties, whether oral or written, and any subsequent terms and conditions of any purchase order, work order, invoice or other document issued by the parties.
